How to request a refund

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, handles all refunds. To request a refund within 30 days of your order:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team and we will help you submit the request.

Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider — usually 5–10 business days. Paddle's full refund policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
