terms & conditions
1. Who you are contracting with
Vinyl Atlas is operated by Catalog Music Pty Ltd("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you have the authority to enter into this agreement and are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. The service
Vinyl Atlas is a directory and map of record stores worldwide. Paid plans unlock additional features such as enhanced submissions and listing tools.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including:
- Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity (including spam).
- Infringing intellectual property or other rights of others.
- Interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering).
- Reselling or redistributing the service without permission.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity under your account credentials.
4. Intellectual property
All software, design, branding, and content of the service (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by Catalog Music Pty Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and display it to operate the service.
5. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Payments on Vinyl Atlas are processed by Stripe. For eligible digital subscriptions, Stripe handles tax calculation, collection and remittance, fraud prevention, chargeback and refund processing, and transaction-level customer support on our behalf. Your bank statement may show LINK.COM* VINYL ATLAS alongside our name. Billing mechanics are governed by Stripe's end-user terms.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of acceptable use. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period before deletion.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud or personal injury). You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign without our consent. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control.

refund policy
Vinyl Atlas is operated by Catalog Music Pty Ltd. One month's subscription pays for thirty days in a calendar month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team directly via the contact page and we will action it through your Stripe receipt.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page via the Stripe-hosted billing portal. When you cancel, auto-renewal will be terminated immediately and you will retain access for the remainder of the current paid period. No refund of monies will be issued for the current or any past calendar month due to cancellation alone.
Refund eligibility
Beyond the 30-day money-back period, there are no full refunds available for any calendar month. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you must contact admin directly to explain your issues. We will review each request on its merits at our sole discretion. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed.
Processing
Any refunds we approve are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider — usually 5–10 business days. Stripe's consumer protections are described in their end-user terms.
